DERRICK KYLE ARROWOOD

Partner

Derrick Arrowood is a lifelong resident of North Carolina. After growing up in Nebo, he attended McDowell High School in Marion, NC. Derrick then chose to pursue his studies at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where he earned a degree in English and History, before attending the University of North Carolina School of Law.

 

After graduating from law school in 2010, Derrick joined another Social Security law firm in Raleigh, NC in 2011 where he worked as an associate attorney until 2019.  After practicing Social Security disability law for approximately eight years and becoming a Board Certified Specialist, Derrick decided to start his own firm.

 

Derrick currently resides in Durham, NC. In his free time, he enjoys reading, spending time with his family and dogs, and outdoor activities. Derrick is also an avid sports fan, enjoying both college and professional basketball and football.

CHARLOTTE WILLIAMS HALL

Partner

Charlotte Hall is originally from South Georgia and North Florida.  She studied Religion and Political Science at the University of Florida before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. She has lived in North Carolina since 2007.

 

After practicing Social Security Disability Law for almost nine years with another Social Security law firm and becoming a Board Certified Specialist, Charlotte started her own firm.  She has focused her practice on federal court appeals of Social Security Disability denials and has successfully appealed hundreds of cases in court.

 

Charlotte Hall resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband and son.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, music, sketching, the outdoors and spending time with her family.  She is also a fan of the Carolina Tar Heels and Florida Gators football and basketball programs.
